VHELP PTO
Welcome to VHELP!
The VHELP Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a dedicated, parent-led group that partners with our school year-round to support students, staff, and programs through fundraising, events, and community initiatives. Our mission is to provide funding for valuable experiences and resources that may not be covered by the district or state, with every dollar raised going directly back to VHELP. Led by a team of Executive Board members and committee leaders working closely with school staff, the PTO also helps keep families connected through newsletters, social media, and programs like our Parent Buddy Program for new families. No matter your schedule, there are many ways to get involved and make a meaningful impact in our school community.
Become A Member
Registration for 2026-2027 Annual PTO Membership will open in mid July.
Simply go the VHELP PTO Membership Toolkit website, click on “Register/Login,” and create your account. Once your info is submitted, it’s only $12 to become a member! Don’t forget to download the PTO Membership Toolkit (MTK) app to stay updated all year long.
PTO membership dues help us:
- Support school projects – Your membership helps fund fun and meaningful projects that benefit ALL our students.
- Cover PTO expenses - Your membership helps us cover essential costs such as insurance, QuickBooks, and our Membership Toolkit (MTK) portal.
- Take care of our staff – Your membership allows us to give birthday and end-of-year gift cards on behalf of our students!
Plus, all PTO Members have the opportunity to:
- Support your student’s classroom & teachers – Contribute to the Classroom Party/Teacher Gift Fund!
- Get access to the online directory – With your membership, you’ll securely access the online directory (or the mobile app) for easy info on other students and parents.
- Stay in the loop – Receive our weekly PTO in the PM newsletter plus updates on events and volunteer opportunities!
- Volunteer with us – Sign up to help with Room Parent duties, Fall Fundraiser Week, May Day Play Day, and more!
