This year, your support will help VHELP go further than ever! Funds raised will enhance our school facilities, bring engaging curriculum and resources into our classrooms, support professional development for our amazing staff, and create meaningful opportunities that help every VHELP student learn, grow, and go places!
On Friday, September 11th, every student will come home with a VHELP on Vacation t-shirt and fundraiser information sheet. Please look for these items in your child's backpack.
Online Credit Card Payments
Online donations will be accepted starting Friday, September 11, 2026 at 3PM through Sunday, September 20 at 6PM.
A $2.00 online processing fee will be added to your donation.
**Donations received online after 10pm will not count towards the next day's totals. For example, if you donate on Tuesday night at 9:30pm, your donation will be counted for the classroom goal on Wednesday. However, if you donate Tuesday night at 11:15pm, your donation will not count toward the classroom goal until Thursday. All incentive winners will be announced on Monday, September 21, 2026 at the Totals Celebration.
Every student who donates any amount will receive a gift certificate to Alpha Charlie Grill!
Donate $75 - 1 entry for a chance to win a ride to school in style with Officer Chapman with 2 friends! (1 winner)
Donate $150 - 1 entry for a chance to be June’s Helper for a week! (1 winner)
For every $150 a child raises, their name is put in a drawing for Carpool Cone 1 at afternoon pick up! (1 winner)

Each student who donates $200 or more will be entered into a drawing for the
ULTIMATE GRAND PRIZE....a Discovery Flight with Birmingham Flight School!
It’s Back! Slime the Principals!
It was so much fun last year, we are bringing it back! The student in each grade level that raises the MOST money will have the chance to slime the principals at our Baggage Claim Assembly on Monday, September 21st!
Pizza Parties
The class in each GRADE LEVEL that raises the highest % over their class goal will win a pizza party. The class winners will be announced at our Baggage Claim Assembly on Monday, September 21st, and the pizza party will be the following day on Tuesday, September 22nd for the winning classes.
Skully will be hiding around the neighborhood during Fall Fundraiser week! PTO will provide clues for his location each day (Monday-Thursday). *NEW THIS YEAR* Skully will be waiting with his Customs Control team to stamp passports. Students will be given a passport on Monday and encouraged to take it with them each day to find Skully. We would love for you to take photos with him and share with us on social media and tag @vhelppto on IG!
